Christopher "Chris" Adamson (* 4. listopadu 1978 v Ashington) je anglický fotbalista a fotbalový brankář, který byl hráčem i trenérem týmu Hereford United.
Byl však propuštěn v květnu 2010. Adamson v současné době funguje jako tréner i hráč v týmech Boston United F.C. a Mansfield Town.
